Solo Exhibition at the Easter Snow Gallery, Seamus Ennis arts centre, Naul

Lorraine concentrated on using a limited palette for plein air landscapes, in order to gain a better understanding of values. This involved using only two colours. eg sap green with crimson red. For the still life’s she used the lighting technique of contre-jour (back lighting), in order to bring her subject to centre stage.
